Arcus are delighted to be part of the redevelopment of Lightbody Street – a significant flagship project with Torus Developments. Arcus are acting as Employer’s Agent on the scheme which brings 210 new build apartments and aims to redevelop a historic site and bring affordable housing options to an iconic location.

The site is located in an area that is incredibly significant in the story of Liverpool’s heritage, situated next to Stanley Dock and adjacent to the start of the Leeds Liverpool Canal – which are both part of the Maritime Mercantile City World Heritage Site. This development will sensitively repurpose the disused land, to meet the needs of future residents and visitors to the City. The project aims to complete late 2024.
