Mosscare St Vincents appointed Arcus to their project which aimed to revitalise Fairfax Crescent; a disused former recreation ground over looked by houses on all sides and mainly used as an area for fly tipping. The scheme comprises of 6no. 3-bed semi detached houses and 3no. 2-bed terrace houses fronting onto the existing Fairfax Crescent.
The houses are designed to be contemporary in appearance while taking material palettes from the neighbouring properties to complement and enhance the feel of the area. The houses are faced in an artificial stone which resembles the locally produced stone blocks and all properties have the infrastructure in place to allow for electric vehicle charging.
