Arcus Consulting is pleased to announce that the University of Essex student accommodation in Southend is nearing completion.
We were appointed by United Living to assist in developing an existing proposed design through RIBA Stages 4–6. During this time, we created a 3D digital twin of the proposed building. Upon handover to the University of Essex, they can use this BIM model to assist in the operations and maintenance of the building’s lifecycle.
