Arcus is thrilled to announce that, as of January 2021, Chartered Building Surveyor Tim Norbury has been promoted to Associate Partner.
Since beginning his career carrying out capital projects for the NHS, Tim has gained experience across healthcare, education and housing sectors for both private and public sector clients covering various aspects of Building Surveying, including undertaking project management, condition surveys, defect analysis, contract administration and design and specifications, having become chartered in 2015.
