Clive Sellers, Managing Partner at Arcus Consulting LLP, attended the 10th Anniversary event which took place at Manchester Central.
Arcus collaborated closely with the client One Manchester, leading Architects TP Bennett and Watson Group (contractor) to bring this ambitious scheme to life, providing Employers Agent, Principal Designer and Clerk of Works services. Clive commented “It’s amazing for the team that the complexities of this scheme involving a difficult demolition and challenging new build was recognised by the judges, and fitting that the project, on the site of the former Manchester Building College, should win this prestigious award.”
