Arcus are excited to be providing Employer’s Agent and Principal Designer services to Great Places Housing Group on the proposed £11m new build estate project, on a site off Belford Drive, Great Lever.
The plans were developed in consultation with Bolton Community Homes, and is to be funded by Great Places along with grant funding from Homes England and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority brownfield housing fund.
Plans have been submitted for 43 affordable for rent properties, and should the application be successful, the scheme will comprise of 6 cottage style apartments and 2,3 and 4 bed houses, each incorporating low carbon features such as air source heat pumps.
