We are delighted that our scheme at Dob Brook Close, Manchester, was named winner in the Social/Affordable Rent category at the Northern Housing Awards 2023. Arcus acted as CDM Advisors on the scheme for the Guinness Group.
Dob Brook Close, which overlooks the Rochdale canal, provides 24 high-quality, energy-efficient homes; eight houses and sixteen apartments. The external envelope has been built using a Ibstock New Ivanhoe Cream brick which compliments the structure of the building. The first-floor apartments are built as duplexes and have balconies overlooking the canal.
