Having recently been appointed as the preferred consultant on the Guinness Partnership PD/CDM Advisor Framework nationally, we are delighted to have received our first commission as CDM Advisor.
The housing development of 928 new homes, near the Leeds Docks and the Royal Armouries Museum, is the Associations’ largest development in its 129 year history. Over the years Arcus have provided services for the Guinness Partnership on numerous projects, and we’re thrilled to continue to work alongside them on such a landmark scheme.
