We’re proud to share that Liam in our Manchester office has graduated from the University of Salford with First Class Honours, as well as being awarded CABE’s Student Award for 2024’s Best Final Year Student in BSc (Hons) Building Surveying!

Having joined Arcus as a Building Surveying apprentice, this fantastic achievement is testament to his hard work, dedication and knowledge, marking the next step on his journey to becoming chartered with the RICS.
Liam commented: “I am thrilled to have graduated from the The University of Salford with a First Class Honours and received the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) Student Award for 2024’s Best Final Year Student in BSc (Hons) Building Surveying. This recognition is incredibly meaningful to me. I am grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received throughout my academic journey, specifically from my employer, Arcus Consulting LLP, my family, my university tutors, and my peers. Achieving the highest overall mark in my cohort has been a significant milestone for me!”
