Supporting Undergraduates

University Placements

We offer undergraduate student placements for those looking to take a year out of their degree to work in the industry. These enable students to be introduced to working with industry professionals, clients and partners on live building projects, gaining valuable experience and skills to aid their career after university.

My placement with Arcus was a fantastic experience that helped me grow both personally and professionally. I gained experience across a broad spectrum of works, and enjoyed the placement so much that I jumped at the offer to stay after graduating!

Becoming An Apprentice

Apprenticeships

Arcus offers apprenticeships in a number of different fields. Apprenticeships provide training to industry recognised standards and are a great way to learn skills, gain first-hand work experience, and begin your career.

My apprenticeship at Arcus allowed me gain confidence and develop my skills whilst working towards a professional qualification. Working alongside experienced professionals and improving my knowledge of the construction industry has helped me to develop as a valued member of the team.

Professional Qualification Support

Arcus is dedicated to constant learning and invest in the professional development of team members at every level. We provide in-house CPD seminars, structured training programmes and support for those working towards APC and APS qualifications, enabling our staff to be the very best they can be.

Through Arcus’ structured training plan, I successfully completed my Part 3 in Professional Practice in Architecture ARB/RIBA . Arcus have provided invaluable support throughout my journey, particularly during my studies at the Bartlett Schools of Architecture, University College London.
