Arcus was appointed as Principal Designer/CDM Advisor for High Path Phase 1, to ensure that duties under CDM Regulations 2015 were met . The scheme represents the first phase of the landmark High Path regeneration programme.

High Path regeneration is focused on providing modern, high quality homes for residents following the demolition of The Old Lamp Works and all garages. The finished scheme will provide 134 residential units in a mix of flatted buildings of 5, 7 and 9 storeys, and 2-3 storey houses.  It includes properties for Leaseholders, Freeholders and Tenants, along with car parking, cycle parking, landscaping and public realm works. 

On completion of the project the client was pleased with the performance Arcus provided to ensure project specific health and safety goals under CDM were met. As a result, Arcus was appointed as PD/CDMA on a similar scheme contract that includes a total of 179 new mixed tenure homes.
